Eden Organic Salon Cancellation Policy:
Effective December 13th, 2021 clients who cancel or do not show for their appointments, with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged a fee.
For haircut, or styling appointments, the fee will be the full cost of the appointment.
For color, smoothing treatments & highlighting services, the first missed appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
A second missed appointment, salon services will no longer be available.
Running late: If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call to see if your appointment can be accommodated. If I’m running late, I will contact you as well. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your service may have to be adjusted, rescheduled or the cancellation policy may apply.
